About The Event

UPDATE - This course is open to all ages! For just £4 you can enjoy an hour of Zine making!

Burning House Books will be hosting a zine making workshop with a focus on cut-up and collage. Cut-up is a writing technique in which existing text is physically cut out of it's original context and and rearranged to produce a new text. Using materials provided by Burning House Books and Super Market, you can make your own poetry or story zine out of words and pictures that already exist!

A zine is a non-commercial, handmade publication devoted to specialised and often unconventional subject matter.

This workshop is specifically designed for all and will participants them to start the very creative and thought provoking activity of Zine making. All abilities are welcome.

All materials provided.
